We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To start a return, contact us at hola@basecamppaws.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
